Grocery Shopping: This is the place where customer place online grocery order. Customer will be directed to closest indian grocery shop. The closest distance is calculated automatically by the ‘IndianShopOnline’ based on registered shop address and customer home address. Customer will not be given option to choose a shop. ‘IndianShopOnline’ chooses automatically for the customer. ‘IndianShopOnline’. Customers need to pay the bill to the shop directly up on delivery of goods. Any conflict in the billing need to be resolved by customer and respective shop. ‘IndianShopOnline’ is not liable for any financial matters between shops and customers. Any product refunds are subject to respective shop’s refund policy. ‘IndianShopOnline’ is not responsible for any product refunds. Before submitting the online order double check your delivery address. ‘IndianShopOnline’ is not responsible for any missing deliveries and missing products by shops. Missing deliveries and missing products need to be discussed with the respective shops. If you need to cancel the order, ring the respective shop before the shop delivers the goods. Once the products are delivered then it’s customer’s responsibility to pay for that delivery. 

Phone Card: ‘Phone Card’ gives the opportunity for customer to buy international calling cards. Any problems with the phone card need to be discussed with respective phone card company. 
‘IndianShopOnline’  is not responsible for phone card call quality. The call rates shown on the website against each phone card are exclusively for calling to India only. For call rates to other countries can be obtained by clicking on the respective phone card image which will take you to third party website. Phone card PIN number is delivered via email only. It’s customer responsibility to check his/her email address before buying a phone card. PIN number delivered to wrong email address cannot be refunded. Once PIN is emailed to the customer, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Customer can contact ‘IndianShopOnline’  for PIN reissue for free. Customer has to come back from ‘PAYPAL’ to ‘Phone Card’ screen in order to receive the PIN via Email. 

Grab The Deal: This is the place where different businesses provide different promotions. ‘IndianShopOnline’  is providing the platform between customers and businesses for these deals. ‘IndianShopOnline’  does not provide any deals. Customer should read the deal description carefully before buying the deal. Customer should read the deal fine print carefully before buying. The deal bought cannot be refunded. The deal bought must be used before it’s expiry date. The unused and expired vouchers will not be refunded. The deal voucher issued to customer must be printed and submitted to that particular deal provider to redeem that deal. Customer has to come back from ‘PAYPAL’ to ‘Grab the Deal’ screen in order to be issued a voucher for that deal to the customer. The deal can be withdrawn by ‘IndianShopOnline’  at anytime without any notice. ‘IndianShopOnline’  reserves the right to void the issued deal vouchers. Any vouchers if voided by the ‘IndianShopOnline’  will be refunded to the customers



Events: This is the place where different community events will be published for customer information. ‘IndianShopOnline’  doesn’t conduct these events. ‘IndianShopOnline’  collects the event information for ‘IndianShopOnline’  customers. Any customer interested or willing to participate in any of the published events should contact the event organiser for more information and confirmation. ‘IndianShopOnline’ is not responsible for cancellation of any published events. ‘IndianShopOnline’  reserves the right to remove any event at any time.  
 

Jobs: This is the place where customers post a job or apply for a job. ‘IndianShopOnline’  is not responsible for any published jobs in any way.
